Nancy, your post did not answer my question: Why is it better (and how do we know it's better) to supplement with formula than to give only those nutrients needed?  Both Neosure and Enfacare are mainly cow milk and corn syrup (ingredients below for those interested) and contain soy, common allergens.  What studies have compared Neosure to pure calcium and phosphorus?  I'm not asking to antagonize; I truly don't know and want to understand.
