Medela, in a letter to NABA, reported by Marsha:

<<How will our Breastmilk Feeding Bottles packaging be impacted?
Breastmilk Feeding Bottles and Sets (all sizes) will have the words
"complements breastfeeding" removed from the call-out on the package. The
visuals on this packaging will not change.>>

As I recall, the marketing of baby feeding BOTTLES comes under the Code,
whether or not there is a nipple attached to it. Call 'em "breastmilk"
feeding bottles, call them "juice" bottles, call them "bottles in which you can
store your leftover spaghetti". They are still baby feeding bottles. And
I think this breaches the code.

That said, what they ARE doing might be the first time in many years that
Medela has bothered to listen to anyone besides the corporate heads. Too
bad they only listened to part of what was said, not all of it.

But -- it's a step.
