Dear Marsha,
Since I reside in Canada and do not have US stamps I can't send you a
self-addressed envelop. Would it be possible to attach the article to an
email if it is on your computer - if not could you mail and send an invoice
to cover postage, copying and handling and I will reimburse you
accordingly. thank you for any assistance - this particular topic has been
recently referred to the Ethics Committee of our Regional Health Authority
and so far we have heard that they are looking for data to show that
purchasing formula increases breastfeeding duration rates??? We are not
sure why an ethics committee should be discussing costs of this issue but
rather focus on the 'ethics'
Your article would be greatly appreciated,
TIA
