Janet - sorry you missed it. We would have loved to have your input.
The time zones can be confusing can't they? I missed it the first time
because I forgot to convert Eastern to Central. It seems that
everything is given in Eastern or Eastern and Pacific (I know, the most
people live in those zones) and those of us in the middle of the country
have to convert. I decided to advocate, in this small way, for the rest
of us. Sorry if it confused you.
I think is goes like this:
Eastern at 9 PM
Central at 8 PM
Mountain at 7 PM Pacific at 6 PM

Of course, folks in other zones are welcome and encouraged to
participate. We've had one from India that joined in at their "wake-up"
time and one from Israel that joined in in the middle of the night her
time-probably others as well.

Next week will be an "open mike", so to speak. No specific topic, but
there's always something people bring up. We had a good doscussion of
several topics with just a few of us last Monday. I am looking for
someone to "moderate" the next 2 weeks as I have schedule conflicts
(wish I could be 2 places at once). There really doesn't have to be a
leader, as it usually takes off by itself, but it would be great if I
could know that someone will take the lead - no particular skills
needed, just be able to log on.

Winnie
