Still having probs with AOL, hope this gets to you!

I also have a hard time with nipple soreness probs over the phone.  As a WIC
PC, I don't see my moms in person, so I have to ask a lot of questions and
when I can't pinpoint the problem, or the mom just doesn't give a good enough
description, I have to set her up with an appointment with our LC.
It can get frustrating, but I do the best I can.  Anyone have any good
pinpointing questions that help narrow down soreness causes?  :)  Many is the
time when I have to go through detailed descriptions of positioning and
latch-on, and when that doesn't seem to be the problem start asking questions
about yeast and plugged ducts, etc..  Sometimes I get thouroughly irritated
when a mom sits there and just continues to say "I don't know. It just
hurts."   Suggestions?
