Norma Ritter sent me her Breastfeeding is green article -- which is great.  I started thinking 
about degrees of green --- breastmilk being green in comparison to the substitutes --- 
breastfeeding being the greenest.  Wet nurses or crossnursing would be greener than breast 
milk feeding from artificial feeding devices.
