be):

I have a client (33 weeks gestation) who is taking 80mg per day of Prozac
and 300mg per day of Wellbutrin. Been taking these meds for 8 years – I am
not yet sure what the dosage history is, but I will confirm that.

Hale’s book uses an average maternal dose for Prozac (L2 risk) of 20 –
40mg/day. My client is taking twice that much. And for Wellbutrin (L3
risk) an average dose of 100mg/day. My client is taking three times that
much.

Do I need to be concerned about the high doses and/or the combination of
drugs?

Blessings.
