Also, about the ILCA office finding members.  I don't think they mind at all.
Whenever we get anything into the paper about breastfeeding we tell mothers
to contact LLL for information and help and to contact ILCA for information
and help or to find an IBCLC in their area. (Of course, we spell everything
out and give phone numbers, so that the readers know what we are talking about.)
