New information always creates additional questions:

1. What about heat-treated human milk?
Especially important to the hospital NICUs that are beginning to use banked milk for their preemies until mom can express enough to take over feeds.
2. What about heat-treated (pasteurised) cow's milk that many of the rest of us drink?
Just look at the govt's reaction to those who wish to sell or drink raw milk.
3. Is all "heat-treating" the same: same temps, same times, etc. referencing these milk foods?

Sounds similar to high acrylamide formation from high temperature cooking of

formulas increases infant diabetes risk - study

Heat treatment of infant formula milk during processing produces elevated
levels of a toxin that could contribute to a significantly increased risk of
children developing health problems including diabetes, according to US
scientists.
