I haven't read all of the posts on the above topics and perhaps this has
been noted before.

Could there *possibly* be a connection between the "news" about feeding
cereal/diabetes, dangerous shared sleep, and toxins in breastmilk and the
coming National Breastfeeding Awareness Campaign? All of these alarms are
related to normal breastfeeding and its threat to the cultural norm in the US.

These news alerts usually come during World Wide Breastfeeding Week, but
the Awareness campaign is a bigger fish this year.
