You said baby clicks, loses suction, fights and kicks and this makes
me think of a small cleft or something like that.
I wonder if a nipple shield would actually help this baby hold on. If
you are thinking he gets upset when flow slows down
(I'm not sure if that is really what is upsetting him), then perhaps a
lactation aid could be used.

While I think it is not out of the realm of normal to consume 1.5 to
2.5 ounces, I would think a 10 wk old would have
some larger feeds. Her supply being at 20 oz per day is on the low
side of normal so I would think maybe the flow is relatively
slow throughout the feeding.

Those are my thoughts and I hope they help in some small way.
