How hard it is to keep ones' cool and remain professional!  In these
situations (and they happen not infrequently here too) I spend time in
educating the mother, as it is her baby and this seems to give them more
confidence in dealing with other "health professionals"(How many nurses have
considered themselves doctors too) Most women see the common sense involved
when given breastfeeding knowledge even of the most basic kind.
Whenever was a 3 kilo baby small anyway?
