I hope you or your sister in law will inform the physician that he got it
wrong.  Otherwise how will they ever learn?  They look in the PDR and they
read "can't breastfeed".  Get the message out.

As far as the pill form is concerned, it is not of a lot of concern.  The
oral bioavailability is very low, and thus the baby will get very little
absorbed.
