Alas, this is all too close to the AAP's wording. I think they added
"psychological" before harm, but I'm too lazy to go look it up right now :-)

I'm pleased that they got the *six* months part right -- I still see "4-6
months" far too frequently, considering that this was changed almost a
decade ago.
