Why eat huge quantites of chips, drink 6 cups of coffee (ugh!), drink 3
soda pops per day, or anything else, most of which are probably more
nocif really than fish, except for the high heavy metals levels (i.e the
fish at least has protein, omega-3's etc.)?

If I could eat tuna and salmon sushi every day, I probably would. ;-)
Just because I love it love it love it...just like many people love
their morning coffee, their chips, their soda pop and their chocolat bars...

In reality, we KNOW that eating "too much of one thing" is not great,
but in practice, it's much harder to implement, especially for those
people who are somewhat "fussy eaters" (I'll always remember my 2nd
boyfriend, who ate a diet limited to mac & cheese, spaghetti, and
shepherd's pie. He found food most boreing to eat, and I can see why!).

Fio (who will eat just about anything exept beetroots, but who
specifically loves salmon, sushi/sashimi, avocado, tomatoes, nectarines,
blackberries & lamb).
