Greetings all,

I just searched my books, the lactnet archives and also did a google but didn't come up with what I am looking for. I am sure someone here can enlighten me.

There is a common practice here that sore nipples need light exposure to "toughen up." I am talking about artificial light but I suppose sunlight would also be included in the practice.

I haven't found any references that indicates that this is useful at all and I would need all the references I can get regarding that practice.

Thanks in advance for sharing,

Nathalie C.
