And pasteurised human milk from a bottle isn't that close to 
breastfeeding.  There's a significant reduction in immune factors (see 
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3009567/?tool=pubmed), and 
the suckling mechanism is entirely different.  We have very limited data 
on how that may affect outcomes.  The rather limited data we do have 
suggests that it probably isn't significantly better than formula in 
terms of risk of infection (see 
http://pediatrics.aappublications.org/content/116/2/400.abstract).  I 
just don't see how it can possibly be valid to assume, in the absence of 
considerably more research into the matter, that donor milk must be so 
far superior to formula that we should be going to any lengths to 
provide it instead.
