Jessica, Hope this information helps. Domperidone is a good choice to help increase milk production, there is a compounding Pharmancy in Fayetteville, NC Stewarts Pharmacy that will fill the script for the mother. I would not be as concerned about the injections causing the lack of milk production, but I would question the mother about first why she was unable to conceive? Does she hve PCOS? That could cause a decrease in milk production, also did this mother have a vaginal delivery or a c-section? Ruling out no concerns of retained placental fragments? Hope she has success and good luck!
