When planning a smallish (120 total attendees) La Leche League conference
which included 2-3 sessions for CERPs and CEUs in each time slot, I found
a helpful dad arranged a borrowed-for-the-day video camera in each of the
rooms with those speakers, hooked up to monitors in adjoining rooms.

If the attendees in the rooms with the TVs had questions,  a poster
directed them to write them on paper (provided) and give them to the
session monitor in the room with the "live" presentation.

Worked for us.....
