Dear Esther and all,
     Perhaps you could mention the unique benefits breast milk has for
the premature baby such as much lower incidence of nec, added
immunological benefit, less physiological changes  during nursing (more
stable resp rate, more stabe O2 sats).
      Just some ideas.
