Hello Jaye,

I believe I read about the same concept in Dr. Jack Newman's book. I
seem to remember reading that a non-alcoholic beer is 0.5% alcohol, and
even if your blood alcohol level is 0.1%, the baby is getting less
alcohol than a person would, if they were drinking a non-alcoholic beer.

Is he on Lactnet? If he is, maybe he'd comment?

Liz Cammin, RN
