Pat, yes there is another way to reply individually to a poster :)

When I got my Lactnet digest today, this is what the heading of your
post looked like:

>From:    Pat Young <[log in to unmask]>
Subject: Replying individually...slightly OT <

Your address,
          [log in to unmask]
was highlighted in blue.

To reply to you, all I had to do was to click on your highlighted
address in the heading!
