I have been asked to post this case for a local certified nurse midwife.

Woman is 30 weeks pregnant with sixth child and is having bilateral bloody
discharge (discharge is on nightgown every AM and bra during the day). CNM
has done a culture which only showed light growth of normal skin flora. An
ultrasound was done by the breast ultrasound expert in this area and showed
ductal enlargement in 2 ducts in one breast and one duct in the other. The
ultrasound Dr. felt the symptoms were consistent with intraductal
pappilloma. Does anyone know if there is ductal enlargement with rusty
pipes syndrome?

We are also looking for a breast surgeon who does ductal
endoscopy/microsurgery if needed for the intraductal pappilloma.

Any other suggestions? Thanks so much for your help.
