Standard reccomendations that have worked well for us in this area
have
been espressing drops of milk, air drying, or use of plain/pure olive
oil or purified lanolin
products (either Pure--- or L-----oh) which are both available
locally.  However...
I, too think the emphasis has to be on assessment and correction of
whatever caused
the problem in the first place.--Phyl
