We apologize if you have had difficulty recently in obtaining nipple
shields from Medela, Inc.  Like you, our goal is to help new mothers, so we
share your frustration when a tool like the nipple shield is not available.
This information applies to customers in the United States only.

We have devoted ourselves to finding various remedies to this problem, and
we are pleased to share that most orders for Regular Nipple Shields through
September 15 will be filled by the week ending October 25, 1997. 
Furthermore, we have increased our supply so that all orders should be
current by the later half of November.

For the Newborn Small Nipple Shields, we expect all orders will be filled
by mid November.
