There was a recent article in a journal hereabouts.  It was in what we
call a "throwaway journal". A "throwaway journal" comes free, its
purpose is drug advertising with articles as a come on, though of
course, nothing previously mentioned means the articles can't be quite
good.  I threw it away, unfortunately, so I can't be more specific than
what I've written below.

Anyhow, the person writing basically said that nobody really knows what
works with St. John's wort, though they had a few ideas.  He also said
that the concentration of MAO inhibitor in it (the drug with which you
have to be careful what you eat and all that) was so low, that it was
not a concern.
