I'm in a bit over my head, can someone clarify for me? My Israeli
pharmaceutical reference implies that nystatin is for Candida
albicans, while Lotrimin (clotrimazole) is for a wider spectrum
of candidiasis. First, is this true? Second, am I mistaken or
missing something in thinking that a broad spectrum drug would
be preferable? KNEW I'd be sorry for majoring in psychology!
Thanks, everyone. Judy Knopf
