Very interesting website.  Yes, C-sections can save lives, no one is
denying that.  I thought it significant that the last paragraph stated that
C-section rates over 15% demonstrate over-use of the procedure.  Risk-
benefit ratios need to be evaluated for any intervention.  Because they are
necessary in some situations does not mean they are preferable in most
situations.  I would be delighted to see the C-section rate drop as low as
5-15%.
