Hi there. I'd suggest looking in the archives about lipase, as this has been
well covered in past notes, and the information is available, and will help
you learn more about lipase and its effect on stored milk.  This information
is in Ruth Lawrence MD's book, and also in the Breastfeeding Answer Book.
