I just heard Paula Meier speak in November here in Seattle.  Indeed, she did
mention that she has a graduate student who is doing a study on this very
thing.  She said that even her very tiniest, 20-something-weekers who are
NPO are getting mouthcare with breastmilk.  You might want to contact her
for more information.  I have her contact info if you need it.  Just email
