Following Dr. McKenna's exciting lead, perhaps we should also collect
stories from mothers who have used breastmilk safely and successfully to
enhance their children's health, and who believe that breastmilk
prevented illness in one way or another.
No, we don't need the anecdotal evidence. We have lots of solid research
on "the population." But since what people seem to want is something on
the same wavelength as "I was bottle-fed and I'm healthy", shall we
start inviting stories from people who can say "I was bottle-fed and am
not healthy" and/or "I was breastfed and was healthier?"
Jo-Anne, now reading the chapter on "asking questions", and thinking of
writing an article for inquiring minds: "Mother of two sets of twins
says several of her babies were saved by breastmilk" -- good headline or
what?
