I have sure that the case of smelly babies has come up before on
lactnet, but can't remember in what context.
Is baby thriving??  Babies with cystic fibrosis have very salty
sweat, and sweat more than usual, but I don't think it smells bad.
What about allergy - this would tie in with fussiness, grumbly
tummy and maybe smell. Is there a family history of allergy, or is
mother eating lots of something to upset baby. Maybe dairy is the
culprit ?

comments??
