Re the second question from the home visits:
Baby was clicking - with the description you gave of good latch, tongue,
lips, and no pain and good wt gain, I basically wouldn't worry about it. If
it ain't broke, don't fix it. Sometimes we see these normal variants. I
would follow up with phone calls to see that all is ok.
