Hi Karyn-grace,

Please keep us posted on how things develop for your client.  
In your post you mentioned you, "confirmed suspected ISG and discovered that 
maternal milk ducts are far
behind the areola".  For newbies like me can you tell me how you determine the 
duct placement?
