I have found the best way to discover an owner of a website is by putting a 
search into www.whois.net
Googling the 2 words "who is" gives you a range of search options.
You can get the email, telephone and address for the person registered for 
the site.
The contact address for the site you are looking for is
[log in to unmask]

This person is in the UK.
