My meaning was to "fix" the breastfeeding problem that resulted from overnight bottle feeds, as though you have instant solutions to all things related to BFing.
I did not intend to suggest "fixing" the nurses' attitudes. Diplomacy is always in order when presenting BFing info to HCPs you work with on a daily basis.

Please be kind. This is a little easier said than done. I am a newborn
nurse, have been for 30 yrs. and a LC for 16. Sometimes you can change attitudes
and sometimes, no matter what you do and how much you educate and support the
nursing staff, some people are just not going to "get it" Being a hospital LC
can be very frustrating because there are things that you just can't "fix".
These things would include the attitudes of other health care providers,
management and the direct care givers. So, you go to work and do the best you can.

Isn't that why they hired you? To FIX things? :-/
