Maybe the doi info with help you find it. The research is published in the article:

Meier PP et als. Breast pump suction patterns that mimic the human infant during breastfeeding: greater milk output in less time spent pumping for breast pump-dependent mothers with premature infants. Journal of Perinatology (2011), 1-8. doi:10.1038/jp.2011.64 

The article describes the Premie+ pattern as "including periods the mimic non-nutritive suckling (120 sucks per minute), low milk flow (90 sucks per second), and average nutritive milk flow rate (60 sucks per second) suckling. These varying suckling rates and rhythms were interpresed with brief, unpredictable pauses in suction similar to those that occur during breastfeeding before OOL-II."  

I think they mean 90 per minute and 60 per minute though and not "90 per second" and "60 per second".
