I was asked by a colleague to post this question about sour milk. If mom
pumps and puts milk in refrigerator it becomes sour upon warming even in
luke warm water. If she leaves it out at room temp after pumping and
never refrigerates it is ok. Sometimes when frozen it is sour upon
warming and sometimes not. Mom has given up all citrus thinking that
somehow was affecting the milk, but still the same. She is away from
baby sometimes for 12 hours and knows she can't leave the milk at room
temp for 12 hours. Any suggestions. Unable to find anything in archives
specific to this. TIA.
