I've only had one Mom who used Fennel tea for her infant.  It offered some
relief, she thinks, as baby calmed down a bit.  I have personally used and
recommended the external application of Lobelia Tincture to the stomach
(massaged in gently) as it has offered great relief for gassiness and
stomach cramps without baby having to take in anything internally.
