Hi all
Our public health program recently purchased several SRScales model #SR241 for weighing newborns in the early days at home. They should be accurate to +/- 10 gms but we are getting readings that are 30 gms off (under) when a 10 kg weight is tested. Does anyone have experience with this make/model in terms of its reliability? We aren’t sure weather to just return them or have our Biomed dept recalibrate them and continue to monitor the accuracy.
Many thanks, Meggie
