Well I am hope this isn't a repeat, and so sorry if it is.


 Am in over my head with one of my mother rounds this morning.
 Premature infant with mom pumping and getting a few drops on day three.
 She states that she had infertility problems, to many "male hormones" and that she had to take shots to become pregnant. She states that her Beta HCG level as of today is 165,000 as of 4/4 it was 315,000, she is not sure if will produce milk and I am not sure either.
 Any comments or information or just telling me where to start researching would be helpfull.
