Bio-D-Mulsion is what I used with my kids, and is available in several
different "strengths" at lots of online pharmacies in the US and on
Amazon.com.  The ingredients for the 400IU per drop formulation are

*Each drop contains:*
Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol) 400 IU 100% Daily Value
*Other Ingredients:* water and gum arabic emulsifier base and sesame oil.
Bio-D-Mulsion is an oil-in-water emulsion. Vitamin D oil has been dispersed
into microscopic particles to aid absorption and assimilation.

The Bio-D-Mulsion Forte formulation, which is 2000IU per drop, contains
acacia as an emulsifier, but the other ingredients are the same.

Not sure if sesame would be an issue.
