I had a client with PUPP, post partum.  She was miserable.  She was on a
course of Prednisone for 10 days.  No one said she couldn't breastfeed :)
and her skin is fine now.

But.... she and baby now have a yeast infection.  Does the effect of
cortisone on the immune system invite a yeast overgrowth?  We couldn't
think of anything else that would bring on a yeast overgrowth at 3 months.
