Hello,
I have a mom I am working with who would like to know if there is any 
postpartum anti depressant that is at this point the drug of *choice*?  I 
gave my client the info from Hale on a few drug options, but she wanted to 
know what were *most* people using?  Is there any drug that is actually 
approved or are they all risk/benefit to make the decision?
