you asked for a WHO recommendation on not teaching bottle feeding on a group
basis.
In the WHO code in Art.6, Paragraph 5 it says that teaching about artificial baby
food, whether industrial made or home made, should only be to those mothers and
family members that need to use them.
This is my re-translation from German, you better look up the exact English
wording in the code itself.
