This is so varied - I found that in Puerto Rico I dealt with about one a
week!  I also dealt with about one TRULY inverted nipple a week.  (Realize
that I was based in a hospital, and that women ONLY came to me with PROBLEMS
- I didn't see the "normal" as I used to when I was a La Leche League
Leader.

I find that I have fewer here, but I don't run a clinic, so I don't see as
many moms...but I do believe both these problems are hereditary - so the
genetics may be more varied here than on the island...
