I'm a bit concerened about the list of foods given as being gas producing.
My understanding of nutrition is that the gas producing action of foods in
the cabbage family or prunes is related to the fiber which is difficult to
digest. This fiber would not come through the breastmilk. I know that some
babies are very sensitive to certain foods but most are not.
