Dear Lactnetters:

I've got a unique question for you.  A mother is BFing her 10 mo. old.  She's
had a problem with vaginal dryness, but now she is having an extremely bad
case of dry nasal membranes.  She has honey colored crusting inside both
nares.  Could there be any relationship?  She has tried both saline spray as
well as petroleum jelly.  Are there any ear, nose, throat LC's out there?
