Yes, I did hear the entire 60 minute talk on our local station in which Tom
Leykis heavily supported the California Assemblyman in his attempts to pass
legislation making breastfeeding in public legal in the state of Cal.

Since I did hear the ENTIRE show, I can tell you that not all of the calls
were supportive. One man said that he felt women who breastfed in public
weren't "classy", and that no woman should ever do so. Tom Leykis responded
to the caller by asking him if he'd ever been in a topless bar. "Well Yes,
but that's different" said the caller. Tom Leykis then asked, "so those
women are classy, are they?? But a woman feeding her child in a restaurant
is not. I don't get it!" and he proceeded to laugh the man off the air
(bless him!).
But all in all, it was so enjoyable to listen to many women calling and
describing their breastfeeding experiences well into the first year and beyond.
