Not only are parents having their baby's tt corrected as a first line  
treatment, but I'm seeing more and more pediatricians and family practice docs  
adding this procedure to their treatment options.  Without extensive  
training in attachment assessment, oral tone, etc.  This I personally find  a bit 
worrisome.
